I take an integrative approach to therapy and coaching, combining evidence-based psychological interventions with performance and leadership development strategies. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness-Based interventions, and principles from sport and performance psychology.
