Individual Therapy
Life can get heavy. Depression, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from the life you want to live. Individual therapy gives you a space to slow down, understand what’s really going on underneath the surface, and learn practical tools to feel and function better. The goal isn’t just to manage symptoms, it’s to help you build the kind of emotional resilience that lasts.

As your psychologist, my job is to help you understand yourself: your values, your emotions, and the patterns that keep you from living the way you want. Together, we’ll work on regulating emotions, improving relationships, and choosing behaviors that align with your goals. I use an integrative approach that draws from methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure, and Mindfulness-Based practices. Every session is tailored to what you need most.

If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to stand alongside you with honesty, support, and a plan to help you move forward.

Session Details: Sessions are 45–60 minutes long and focused entirely on achieving your goals, whether that’s improving coping skills, processing trauma, or learning to manage emotions more effectively. The number of sessions depends on your unique needs and progress.
